Join us Thursday, April 24, 2025 at 6 PM at our preview dinner for STEP. STEP. STEP., a new storybook by Rebekah Nolan and her new exhibition in collaboration with artists Landon Caldwell, Danielle Joy Graves, Nick Witten, and Priya Wittman.
We gather with the artists to celebrate new drawings, new sounds, and new spaces with CHOMP. CHOMP. CHOMP. – a bountiful spring meal that extends the invitation of the book and the exhibition to move one step (or bite) at a time, find comfort in the familiar, and have faith in the unknown.
Presented family-style, in keeping with COMPANION artist dinner tradition, our meal is designed and prepared by long-time Indy resident and chef Becky Hostetter. Becky is well-known in the city for her restaurant Duos Kitchen, beloved for its curious, conscientious, and inviting offerings in our midtown neighborhood for 8 years before closing in fall 2020. She was at the forefront of the local farm to table / slow food movement in Indianapolis before most of the people doing it today. We'll enjoy beer and wine pairings with sommelier Demian Hostetter.
Setting is intimate and limited to 20 additional guests. CHOMP. CHOMP. CHOMP. includes a small memento and helps support artist programming at COMPANION.
