Pendants and amulets are among the oldest forms of body adornment. Whether for aesthetics or spiritual connection, they each hold a special meaning in the hearts of the wearer. Ellery will lead a gentle, multi-chakra focused flow two doors down the Indianapolis Zen Center with mats and blocks provided. We’ll reconvene at Companion for light lunch followed by guided exploration of amulet and adornment assembly with Ellery and Braydee.
